No sorry they do stop serving breakfast at some point. However you are welcome to ask them if it's not busy

Yes they do. There is a big-ish tent set up outside

I wanna say it's like $13 or $14 a person

Yes, they are having an Easter buffet on Sunday, April 1, from 9 to 2. Reservations strongly recommended. $21.99 adults, $16.99 seniors and kids 6 - 13; 5 and under are free.
